Jake comes Home from the Hospital

Though he still have a little diarrhea, they switched him to lactose-free formula and said to keep an eye on him so that he doesn't get dehydrated and sent him back to the House of Hope. We think he looks good in the pics below, but them again we think he looks good in all his pictures. LOL Love the hat!

PTL! I'm so thankful Jake is doing so well. He looks great! What a blessing that he is receiving so much love from his caregivers while he waits for Mommy, Daddy, and Sissy.
