By adopting a child and helping them reach their potential, they help us
reach ours. An adopted child is not an unwanted child; to the contrary.
They are a child who was searched for, prayed for, cried for, begged
for; received by arms that ached, making empty hearts full. Love is meant to be shared." - Author unknown

One Year Later.......

In early August last year, there was a baby boy just getting released from the NICU of a hospital in Kaoshsiung, Taiwan.  He was very tiny, with his legs in a harness.  God put him into the hands of the wonderful ladies at the House of Hope for safe-keeping until his forever family came to get him.  The moment I saw this little face, I knew he was to be our son.

Fast forward to late July, 2010.......that teeny-tiny little boy has come home to our family, where God planned for him to be.  He is no longer wearing a harness on his legs - legs that now scramble all over the place, crawling at the speed of sound.  Today, those once weak little legs held him as he stood up all by himself.

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, so I will let these pictures speak for themselves.

God is Awesome!

Your kids are the happiest kids -- always BIG smiles in pictures. Their smiles always bring a smile to my face. Beautiful children!
